Opening Blog

Well this is my first forray into the blogging aspect of the web, so sit back and enjoy the ride!! I want to keep this blog so that all of my friends and family who live so very far away (which saddens me) will be able to follow what is happening in my life that I find important enough to write about. I have to admit I am not the best at keeping up with writing, so I am not sure how often I will be blogging.
